Our Mission
Hi, I'm Kizzi, founder of Stay Put Doula Services.
My passion for supporting mothers and families is rooted in my background in healthcare, public health, maternal health, and community-based support. I understand how important it is for birthing people to feel heard, respected, informed, and supported when making decisions about their care.
As your doula, I provide emotional support, education, advocacy, and a calming presence throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period.
I believe every family deserves to have someone in their corner—someone who listens, helps them understand their options, and reminds them that their voice matters.
I'm here to walk alongside you during this journey.
